Requesting your payout
You may check your withdrawal history from your store dashboard by logging in and selecting the “Payments” menu option from the admin menu.
You can filter by date range and also check approved/requested withdrawals separately.
To request a new payout, check the boxes next to the unpaid items and click the “Withdraw” button.
Once submitted, our team will then review and approve your request. Stripe takes 7-10 days to process the transaction.
Withdrawal Rule: Withdrawal requests must be submitted within 30 days of the sale or funds are forfeited.
